  • Reservation of Nani Apartments you could do one of the following ways:
    -with our booking system;
    -contact us at e-mail:;
    -send inquiry by contact form on our website;
    -welcome at the apartments.
  • Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm the possibility of accommodation.
  • Information for making reservations will have to Your e-mail. It describes the type and number of booked apartments, arrival and departure of the apartment.
  • At the discretion of Nani Apartments, as required guarantee deposit may be specified sum which should translate before placement in the amount of not more than 20% of the total reservation. Payment by you expect within three (3) working days of sending our e – mail (unless between the parties otherwise agreed period). The balance of your entire reservation, e payable on the day of arrival. If you wish to cancel the reservation on which has translated deposit guarantees apply penalties described below in terms of cancellations.
  • In exquisite advance deposit, your reservation is valid and is considered definitively confirmed after the payment specified in the particular application and receiving confirmation of her on e – mail.

  • Cancellation of a confirmed reservation within 60 (sixty) days prior to arrival, the client does not owe a penalty, except for a reservation on special packages, which are further described in terms of bookings and cancellations.
  • Cancellation of the reservation less than 60 ( sixty) days– deposit is NON-refundable.
  • Nani Apartments reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other independent owner reasons.
  • In these cases, a Nani Apartments:

        – It offers the customer accommodation for another period, while maintaining the same conditions and prices.


  • Check-in times and check out:

         Accommodation: every day after 14:00.
         Check out: every day until 11:00.

  • Pets are not accommodated.


  • For reservations guaranteeing deposits – Bank transfer.


  • Nani Apartments undertakes to provide the customer the full amount requested and paid for his services.
  • Nani Apartments are obliged not to change price paid by the customer services, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
  • Nani Apartments is not responsible for damage caused by acts of third parties.
  • Nani Apartments is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen belongings from apartments, as well as damage caused by third parties.
  • The customer’s responsibility to comply with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs caused material damage to the hotel caused by the customer.
  • Customers are obliged to leave their children unattended in the territory of Nani Apartments. Nani Apartments is not responsible for anyone under ’18 left unattended.
